By this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking a direction to be given to all the Investigating Agencies to allow him to accompany with his Advocate during inquiry.

The relief claimed by the Petitioner is very general and omnibus in nature, without explaining the nature of inquiry or incident in respect of which he is required to attend the inquiry. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this Petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
