The grievance of the Petitioner in his Application dated 29.11.2016 is that his pending trial in C.R.No.267 of 2014 registered with Lonikalbhor Police Station, Pune be expedited. 2.

From a reading of the Application it appears that Petitioner is incarcerated since 2012.

Hence, we direct the learned Trial Court to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of one year from the date of this Order, if the same is pending. 4.
