DATED : 13TH FEBRUARY, 2015 P.C. :- As far as prayer clauses (c) and (d) are concerned with the passage of time, they do not survive. As the said prayers do not survive, the prayer clauses (a) and (b) have become academic, as of today, as far as the petitioners are concerned. Therefore, it is not necessary to entertain these petitions. We accordingly dispose of both the petitions.
