C.:- 1) Learned Counsel for the Petitioners on instructions submitted that, in the present case after completion of investigation, Police have submitted 'C Summary Report' before the trial Court. That, in an Application preferred by Respondent No.2 protesting the said 'C Summary Report', the trial Court has refused to accept the 'C Summary Report' and issued process against the Petitioners.

2) In view thereof, Petition for quashing of crime in question does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
