This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal. There is delay of 29 days. The applicant had, by way of abundant caution, given two addresses of the respondent known to him. Notice was served on the first address at Ichhalkaranji. However, service report of the second address is not received.

None appears for the respondent, although served.

For the reasons assigned in paragraphs Nos. 3, 4 and 5, the application seeking condonation of delay deserves to be allowed. The delay of 29 days is condoned in the interest of justice. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Application stands disposed of. 5.
