Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the revision application is already heard by the learned Minister, no order has been passed on the said application till date. The business of the petitioner is closed since May 2016.

The learned Minister is directed to pass an order on the revision application filed by the petitioner within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The parties as well as the learned Minister to act on the authenticated copy of this order.

Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
