The maintainability of the Writ Petition is questioned on the ground that in a Petition for divorce filed by the husband an application has been made by the husband seeking access to him and his parents. The application was therefore not filed by the grand parents of the child in question. It is probably on the said basis, that the observation has been made by the Trial Court that it is not possible for it to adjudicate the said aspect as to allow the access to the grand father and the grand mother. In my view, having regard to the aforesaid fact the above Petition filed by the grand parents is misconceived and the same is accordingly dismissed as such.
