Heard learned APP for the State. She points out that in December, 2018 the petitioner was released on account of death of his grand mother for more than 7 days.

We find that the present application is moved after 11/1/2019 and Aurangabad Bench received it on 15/1/2019. In this application, he seeks parole on the ground of illness of his wife. All the documents in support of illness pertain to the year 2017. Only one document issued by Shree Bhairav Clinic, Bhiwandi appears to be dated 6/2/2018 which is a prescription nilegaonkar 1/2
