1] Not on board. Upon production, taken on board. 2] Ms Rao, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the notice of today's production has been given to all the respondents.

3] Looking to the controversy involved, there is no necessity to entertain this petition. The statement of Mr. Rayrikar, the learned AGP who appears for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 7 that the respondent no. 1 will pass the final order in the revision application no. 220 of 2015 and appeal no. 143 of 2015 within four weeks from today, is accepted as a statement to this Court. Accordingly, the respondent no. 1 to dispose of the said revision application and the 1/2

skc P10-WP-1085-16 appeal within four weeks from today. Further, since the interim order granted earlier has been continued until the final order passed, there is no necessity to interfere with this direction except to add that the managing committee members shall not take any policy decision involving finances of the society other than routine decisions.
