Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the order which was the subject matter of challenge in the present Petition was passed against the Petitioner and there is no order which has been passed against Respondent Nos.2 and 3, who are the tenants and as such it is only the Petitioners who has suffered the order under challenge.

Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The statements made in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertaking made to this Court.
