Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai submitted that, from 13th June, 2017 till 15th November, 2022, Petitioner was produced physically before the Trial Court on more than 44 occasions however on 32 occasions could not be produced for want of escort and due to Covid-19 pandemic. 2.
