Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition to file appeal before the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) under Section 35 of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance And Redevelopment) Act, 1971. Such application shall be filed within one week from today and shall serve a copy thereof upon the contesting respondents simultaneously. Ad-interim

The petitioner is at liberty to apply for continuation of the ad-interim protection before the GRC. The GRC shall consider the said application without being influenced of the fact that this Court has granted ad-interim relief on 25th January 2017 and continued from time to time. The application for interim relief shall also be considered on its own merit after hearing all the contesting respondents.

Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. No order as to costs. In view of dismissal of the writ petition, civil application does not survive and is accordingly disposed of. R.D. DHANUKA, J.
