The learned Counsel are agreed to the following order being passed:

(i) The Respondents shall file Reply to the Interim Applications (as directed by DRAT) by 12 February 2018 and copy thereof shall be served upon the Petitioner.

2/2 WP-1104-18.doc (ii) Inasmuch as the DRAT is presently on leave and would be available after 20 February 2018, the parties shall appear before the DRAT on 28 February 2018 at 11 a.m. alongwith copy of this order, when appropriate date may be fixed for hearing of the Interim Application. (iii) The DRAT shall pass necessary ad-interim or interim order in the Interim Applications after hearing the parties indicating the reasons therefor, any time prior to 7 March 2018.

(iv) The statement of the learned Counsel for the Respondents is recorded that until 7 March 2018 the Respondents shall not insist on being handed over possession of the secured assets. 2.
