After hearing the matter for some time, the learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that this appeal can be disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the application of temporary injunction filed by the appellant/plaintiff, in a time bound manner. Taking into peculiar facts of the case, the learned trial Court is requested to decide the pending temporary injunction application within two weeks from today. Till then the parties to maintain the status-quo. Accordingly, present appeal from order stands disposed of.
