DATED : 31st JULY 2021 P.C:- Learned APP state that in the Sessions Case No. 570 of 2014, charge is framed on 21st April 2017 and two witnesses have been examined. The next date of hearing is slated to be 12th August 2021. Since the applicant is arrested in the said C.R. on 5th May 2014 and since then he is incarcerated, the trial deserves to be concluded expeditiously with the request being forwarded to the Sessions Court, Mumbai to expedite the trial and conclude it within a shortest possible of time.
