Ms. Pathare appearing for petitioner states that on 13th March, 2020 this Court had directed appellant to file private paper book within six months from today, with a copy to the other side. Ms. Pathare states that though appellant has filed a copy of the paper book in the Registry, copy has not been made available to petitioner and, therefore, there is willful disobedience of the orders of the Court and hence, appellant is in contempt of the Court under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Ms. Pathare states that petitioner be permitted to apply for photocopy of the private paper book to the Registry and Registry may Digitally signed by UDAY SHIVAJI JAGTAP Date:
