The Petitioners are seeking writ of mandamus to direct the Respondent to regularize the services of the Petitioners on the premise that they have completed more than a decade in service on temporary basis. Before filing this petition and seeking writ of mandamus, the Petitioners have neither made any demand, nor any prayer is made to the Respondent/Corporation that they should be regularized.

In these circumstances, Writ Petition ought not have been filed directly. It is open to the Petitioners to make a representation to the Respondent/Corporation annexing and relying upon the decisions of Sneha Chavan

2 14 wp-2523-24=.doc this Court. Thereupon the Respondent/Corporation after examining the decisions of this Court would take appropriate decision and communicate the same to the Petitioners. We leave the final decision to the Respondent/Corporation. We expect that the decision is taken by Respondent / Corporation within reasonable time. 3.
