The present contempt is filed for alleged non compliance of order dated 22nd July 2019 in Writ Petition No.11935 of 2012. It is submitted that during the pendency of the Contempt Petition, the Respondents have deposited the amount with the Registry of this Court.

The Registry may allow the Petitioner to withdraw the amount, as the same is deposited for payment to the Petitioner under order dated 22nd July 2019 in Writ Petition No.11935 of 2012. As the order stands complied with the contempt stands purged. The Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
