By this writ petition, the Petitioner has sought a direction to the Respondents to register an FIR on the basis of Petitioner's complaint dated 27th November 2015. Today, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that on the basis of Petitioner's complaint, an FIR has already been registered and therefore petition is rendered infructuous. Petition having been rendered infructuous, it is dismissed.
