This is an application for extension of time to deposit the amount in pursuance of the statement made by the applicant on 8.1.2016. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has applied for loan of Rs.10,00,000/-from State Bank of India, Kharghar Branch, Navi Mumbai against the mortgage of his residential premises. The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submitted that the moment bank sanctions the loan of Rs.10,00,000/- in his favour, he will deposit the said entire amount in the Registry of this Court and will not seek any further extension. He, on instructions submitted that it may take approximately two weeks time for the processing of the said loan. In the circumstances, he prayed for three weeks time to deposit the amount as was initially

2 /224-APPP-61-2016 directed by an order dated 8.1.2016. In view of the facts mentioned in the application and as stated herein above, I am inclined to allow the present application by modifying the order dated 8.1.2016. Hence, the following order :

(a) The applicant in pursuance of his statement dated 8.1.2016 now shall deposit an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- in the Registry of this Court within a period of three weeks from today; (b) No further extension for whatsoever reason will be granted; (c) The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
