The respondent shall appear before the Special Judge at Kolhapur within six weeks from today.

The learned Special Judge shall release him on bail on furnishing P.R. bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) and one or more sureties in the like amount. varsha

The respondent shall cause his presence before the learned Special Judge, Kolhapur once in six months on the date assigned by the learned Special Judge, Kolhapur.
