Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties finally. We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition by directing the Respondent-Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune to decide Appeal No.4/2017 filed by the Petitioner under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code as early as possible preferably within eight weeks. All contentions kept open. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly with liberty. No costs.
