s earlier application i.e. Anticipatory PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Bail Application No.2117/2021 was rejected by a coordinate PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Date: 2022.02.01 17:56:31 +0530 bench (Coram: Nitin W. Sambre, J.) vide order dated 18.11.2021. Very serious observations were made against the applicant's conduct in respect of the undertaking given to the Court and the demand draft with misspelled name of the Deshmane (PS)

6.aba-223-22.odt complainant. The observations were made that the applicant' s conduct cannot be countenanced. Apart from that even on merits the Court had made certain observations and it was held that the applicant'

s prima facie involvement in the serious offence could be seen.

In view of the earlier order, I see no reason to entertain this application. In any case, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the applicant prayed for unconditional withdrawal of this application. Therefore, I am granting permission to withdraw the application unconditionally. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of accordingly.
