1] The Appellant herein has challenged the judgment and decree dated 11th October 2013, whereby the First Appellate Court has dismissed the Appeal and allowed the Cross Objection. 2] By order dated 9th June 2015 both the Appeals have been admitted and in the meantime, the parties were directed to maintain 1/2

3] Notice of these Civil Applications was served on the Respondents. Despite which the Respondents have not put in their appearance.

4] Considering the fact that the status-quo order is in operation since the year 2015, it would be appropriate to continue the same till the disposal of the Appeals on merits. Ordered accordingly. 5] Both the Civil Applications stands disposed of in above terms.
