The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of such a long time the said application has not been decided by 1st respondent - Commissioner, Thane Municipal Corporation, Thane.

Having regard to the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits of the matter, we dispose of the petition by directing the 1st respondent to decide the petitioner's 1/2
