The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they filed the Writ Petition challenging the interim order dated 07.01.2015 passed by the Family Court, Bandra in interim application No.204/2014 in Petition D-8/2014 allowing the petitioner's application for maintenance partly and for access to the child.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present Writ Petition, the main petition D-8/2014 came to be decided by the Family Court on 12.01.2017.

In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
