Learned counsel for respondent no.1 Raigad Zilla Parishad places on record an order dated 25 October 2013 granting heirs of the deceased Harishchandra Patil the retirement benefits including provident fund and gratuity. The copy of order dated 25 October 2013 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of the above order, the grievances raised in the petition appear to have been redressed. However, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that she has no instructions in the matter.

Hence, while disposing of the petition as infructuous, we grant liberty to the Petitioners to move this Court in case of difficulty.
