1] The limited relief claimed in the Petition is for a direction to the Respondent No.4 to decide the Appeal filed by the present Petitioner, BGP.

2] Taking into consideration nature of the order that is passed by the Respondent No.1, we are of the considered view that the Appeal deserves to be decided as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from today. The Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.4 to decide the Appeal filed by the present Petitioner against the order passed by the Respondent No.1 dated 3rd January 2018 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from today.
3] We further direct that till the decision of the Appeal and in the event the order passed by the Respondent No.4 is adverse to the interest of the Petitioner, the interim protection shall continue further for four weeks from the date of receipt of communication by the Petitioner. The impugned order 3rd January 2018 shall not be given effect to. 4] In view of disposal of Writ Petition, the Civil Application does not survive and accordingly stand disposed of. [SMT. BHARATI H.
