Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that the trial in Sessions Case No.567 of 2004 has now been concluded and the learned Ad-hoc Assistant Sessions Judge, Sewree, Mumbai has passed final judgment and and order on 10th May, 2013. He, therefore, prays that in view of the final decision of Sessions Case No.567 of 2004, Criminal Application No.4423 of 2006 needs to be heard by fixing a peremptory date of hearing. 2.

In view of the above, the Registry is directed to place the Criminal Application No.4423 of 2006 on the final hearing Board as per its turn from the week commencing from 2nd February, 2015.
