After arguing the matter for some time, Mr. Narvekar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that he has instructions to withdraw the Writ Petition.

In this Writ Petition a learned Single Judge by order dated 13th February 2020 granted interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) by 1/2

912-wp-13526-2023.doc Sonali which, hearing of the Deemed Conveyance Application No.5184 of 2018 was stayed and the said stay has remained in operation for about four years. Therefore, Competent Authority @ District Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies, Pune City, Pune is requested to dispose of the said Deemed Conveyance Application No.5184 of 2018 expeditiously and in any case, on or before 29th February 2024. 3.

It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits and all contentions on merits are expressly kept open. 4.

The Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of, subject to above.
