Mr.Ganbavale, learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 to 7 agrees to submit the revised the proposal to the State Government in respect of payment due to the petitioner within two weeks from today. The revised proposal that would be submitted within two weeks from today with a copy to be served upon the petitioner's advocate simultaneously. If any such revised proposal is submitted by the Management to the respondent nos.1 to 3, such revised proposal shall be considered and disposed of within four weeks thereafter. The order that would be passed by the respondent 1/2

16-wp1993-18.doc nos.1 to 3 shall be communicated to the petitioner as well as to the Management within one week from the date of passing of such order. 2.

In case the order that would be passed by the respondent nos.1 to 3 is adverse against the petitioner, the petitioner would be at liberty file appropriate proceedings. If such order is passed in favour of the petitioner, the respondent nos.1 to 3 shall grant consequential benefits to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of passing of such order.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
