1] For the reasons set out in the civil application, order dated 5 January 2017 is recalled and the appeal from order no. 861 of 2000 is restored. Civil application is disposed of. 2] All these matters are placed for hearing on 16 February 2017 HOB along with contempt petition no. 159 of 2003 which is already scheduled to come on the said date.

3] It is made clear that no further indulgence will be granted to the appellants, since on one hand, the appellants refuse to proceed with the matter and on other hand, these very appellants, complain about delay in disposal of matters or seek precedence in the matter of disposal of such matters on the ground that they are senior citizens.
