The Petitioners have already fled Interlofutory Applifation No.29 of 2020 in Sefuritisation Applifation No.6 of 2019. Sinfe the fharge of the DRT-II Pune has been given to the Debt Refovery Tribunal, Hyderabad and sinfe the auftion is sfheduled to be held on 6th April, 2020, the Petitioners may approafh the DRT, Hyderabad for seeking appropriate reliefs in the Interlofutory Applifation No.29 of 2020.
