Sawant, PI attached to Ulhasnagar Central Police Station, District Thane, submitted that, after completion of the investigation the police had filed charge-sheet in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ulhasnagar, District Thane on 28th May 2020 itself. After committal the Sessions Case No.353 of 2020 is pending for final adjudication.

2) In view thereof the Petitioner is having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure before the trial Court.
