This is an application for pre-arrest bail in respect of C.R. No.2364 of 2022 registered on December 18, 2022 with Sakinaka Police Station, under Sections 326, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter "the IPC", for short).

The incident happened on December 18, 2022. It is alleged that in the assault that took place, the complainant suffered a fracture injury on his hand. The quarrel took place between the complainant and the present applicant over some mud which was lying on the plot belonging to the 1/3
complainant. When the complainant asked the applicant to remove the mud, the applicant raised a quarrel and called his friends. Thereafter, it is alleged that from the applicant's side, the co-accused Ravi Verma assaulted the complainant on his hand with an iron rod. The complainant suffered a fracture injury. So far as the present applicant is concerned, a specific role in the assault is not attributed to him. There is a cross case filed by the applicant's side as well under Section 307 of the IPC. It is alleged that the co-accused Ravi Verma has suffered a grievous injury and was admitted in the hospital for 12 days.

Considering the nature of the accusations, the applicant can be granted anticipatory bail. There are no criminal antecedents reported against the applicant. Hence the following order.
O R D E R
(a) Application is allowed.
(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No. No.2364 of 2022 registered with the Sakinaka Police Station, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(c) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station on 30th and 31st January, 2023, between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and thereafter, as and when called for.
(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Ofocer and shall not tamper with evidence.
(e) The applicant shall furnish the details of his residential address and phone numbers to the investigating ofocer.

The application is disposed of.
