Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that during pendency of this application, the provisions of the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act are applied to the offence which is the subject matter of this application. She, therefore, seeks withdrawal of this application with liberty to file fresh application for bail before the Special Court for MCOC at Pune. 2.

At her request, the Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Applicant to file fresh Application for bail before the Special Court for MCOC at Pune. The Application is disposed of accordingly.
