This application is for providing present correct address of respondent no.2.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out case for allowed Civil Application.

Hence, the following order.

i) Civil Application is allowed in terms of Sneha Chavan 1/2

PR 8 caf 504-15=.doc prayer clauses (b) and (c ) which read thus:

b) That the Applicants be allowed to amend / substitute the address of the Respondent no.2, in the cause title of the First Appeal, Civil Application for condonation of delay by new address mentioned in the cause title of present Civil Application. c) That fresh notice be issued to respondent no.2, on the address mentioned in the title of present Civil Application by permitting applicants to change the address of respondent no.2."

ii) In addition to usual mode of service, the applicant is directed to serve the Respondent no.2 by way of private notice either by RPAD and/or by hand delivery and to file an Affidavit of service to that effect on or before next date.

iii) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
