This contempt petition is filed for alleged violation of the order dated 9th December, 1016. On 7th February,2017 this court in Writ Petition Stamp No.2259 of 2017 has accepted the explanation given by the contemnor and has accepted the unconditional apology. The fact remains that the order dated 9th December,2016 has been complied with though belatedly. No further action is thus warranted in this writ petition. Contempt petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
