1) The applicant was granted interim relief by an order dated 24.1.2017.

2) It is the prosecution case that the applicant by giving promise to marry with the first informant, established physical relationship with her and subsequently committed breach of the said promise. The first information report would reveal that the first informant was major when the applicant and the first informant first met and their friendship blossomed into the love affair. In view of the same, the applicant has made out a case for pre-arrest bail.

3) The interim relief granted by an order dated 24.1.2017 is confirmed.
