This appeal can be disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously. Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of. Till the decision of the suit, the parties to maintain the status quo. The learned trial Court is directed to decide the suit expeditiously and as far as possible within six months from the receipt of this order, on its own merits and in accordance with the law.
