Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the petitioners' entitlement, we dispose of the petition by directing respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 22/1/2018 and take appropriate decision on it, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands disposed of.
