Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. The order impugned in the present petition is the one passed by the Labour Court at Mumbai which can be challenged by way of a revision application before the Industrial Court.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. Petitioner is at liberty to file revision application before the Industrial Court. The learned trial Magistrate shall not proceed with the case for a week's period so that the Petitioner gets sufficient time to file revision application. (JUDGE) Borey 1/1
