The grievance of the Petitioner is that his Caste Validity claim is pending before the Respondent since 2008. According to him, in absence of Caste Validity Certificate, the Petitioner is not able to get benefit of his Caste.

The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that Petitioner's caste validity claim will be decided by the Caste Scrutiny Committee within three months. In view of aforesaid statement, we dispose of this petition Gaikwad RD 1/2

(911)WP(A)No.25162018 by directing the Caste Scrutiny Committee to dispose of the Petitioner's claim within three months.

The Petitioner to appear before the Caste Scrutiny Committee along with copy of this Order on 23rd April 2018 at 11.00 a.m.
