Perused the order of the Apex Court dated 11th February 2015 in Special Leave Petition No.35896 of 2014. An enquiry was conducted in terms of the Judgment and Order dated 11th September 2014 passed by this Court. The order of the Apex Court dated 11th February 2015 records that after perusal of the report of the Enquiry Officer, the Apex Court was prima facie satisfied that no further action in the matter was called for. Though the Apex Court has disposed of the SLP without disturbing the Judgment and Order dated 11th September 2014, the Apex Court has reserved the liberty to the present petitioner if he wants to seek further action to be taken in the matter.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states

wp1310 that the remark has been deleted by the Passport Authority from the website. Even cost amount has been paid. Hence, there is a substantial compliance with the Judgment and Order dated 11th September 2014. No further directions are required to be issued.
