1) Heard learned counsel for the applicant CBI. This is the application for restoration of earlier dismissed appeal No. 1299 of 2012. By the said appeal, CBI has challenged the acquittal of the respondent No.1 in the matter of offence u/s 13 (2) and 13 (1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. 2) On 19.8.2014 this Court (Coram : Smt. S.S.Jadhav, J) passed an order directing the learned Counsel for the appellant to supply a spare copy within three weeks and upon failure it is directed that the appeal shall stand dismissed. 25-APPA applicant CBI to furnish the requisite copies to be furnished to the respondent No.1 and as such the present application is allowed. Criminal Appeal No. 1299 of 2012 is restored to the file.
