1. By this application, the applicant has sought condonation of delay of one and half years in filing the appeal under section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. The applicant has stated that he was unable to file appeal due to financial constrains.

2. Considering the reasons stated in paras 3, 4 and 5 of the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient ground, delay is condoned.

3. Application stands disposed off.

4. Appeal is ordered to be registered.
