Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition for challenging the order dated 24 January 2015 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas as well as the allotment made on the basis of draw conducted during the pendency of this Petition.
