The affidavit which is sought to be tendered by the Learned AGP Mr. Rayrikar is not in keeping with the spirit of the order dated 24-1-2017. The focus of the affidavit should have been on compliance of the directions which find a place in the said order . The Learned AGP therefore seeks time to put in a proper affidavit in terms of the said order dated 24-1-2017. Hence at his request adjourned to 7-2-2017.
