Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the complainant. 2.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in respect of the offence punishable under Sections 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in connection with C.R. No.670 of 2022 dated 18/12/2022 registered with MIDC Police Station, Solapur.

The applicant No.1 is the father-in-law, applicant No.2 1/3

is the brother-in-law and applicant No.3 is the sister-in-law of the deceased-Asadullah. As I have granted pre-arrest bail to the wife of the deceased against whom the allegations are mainly made, even the present applicants are granted pre-arrest bail. The wife of the deceased filed Anticipatory Bail Application No.212 of 2023 decided today i.e. 24/01/2023.

Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R. No.670 of 2022 dated 18/12/2022 registered with MIDC Police Station, Solapur, the applicants-Najeer Ahmed Sayyed, Sarfaraz Najeer Ahmed Sayyed and Nikhat Sarfaraz Sayyed shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount. (c) The applicants shall report to the concerned police station on 30/01/2023 and 31/01/2023 between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.

(d) The applicants to co-operate with the Investigating Officer.

(e) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and shall not tamper with evidence. (f) The applicants shall furnish the details of their residential addresses and phone numbers to the investigating officer.
