Mr. Punde, learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset makes a statement, that he restricts this petition to the relief claimed under prayer clause (B) only. The statement is accepted. The prayer clause (B) reads as follows :

"(B) This Honourable High Court be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ and/or direction or order in nature of Writ quashing and setting aside sealing of the Godown No.-B-9 and B-12 (incorrectly written as B-7 and B-10 in Police records) situated Mayadevi Compound, Opp. Patel Roadways, Village Purna, Taluka Bhiwandi, District Thane;" Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

Mrs. Kejriwal, learned APP places on record the report dated 16th July, 2015 of respondent No.3. The same is taken on record. The report shows that the seal of the godown belonging to the petitioners was opened and all the seized items from the godown are already removed and the possession of the godown is given to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute this position. 3.
